Richard Gorges, CTP

Since 1985, Richard Gorges has specialized in corporate reorganizations and consolidations. Through management training, budgeting, cash flow analysis, creditor agreements, workouts, debt placement and asset based financing, Gorges assists both large and small businesses and their management teams in restructuring companies, improving operational efficiency and financial strength.

Gorges received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Detroit with a major in accounting and finance. His previous experience includes over 25 years as an officer, owner, and/or controller of various manufacturing, retail and service companies. He has developed his expertise in restructuring troubled companies and new venture start-ups.

Gorges is a Certified Turnaround Professional. He has served on the National Board of Directors of the Turnaround Management Association. In 1996, Gorges served on the University of Detroit’s Commission of the Future, a committee of distinguished alumni commissioned to formulate the goals and objectives of the university for the coming decade.

Loretta Simmons, CPA

Simmons has years of experience in public accounting, finance, marketing and office administration. Her exposure to various responsibilities within manufacturing and wholesaling industries has allowed her to develop a thorough understanding of the day-to-day operations of client companies.

As an accountant at a medium-size public accounting firm, Simmons was involved in all aspects of client services, from financial statements and tax return preparation to consulting engagements.

Diane Rogers

Rogers has served extensively in both the banking and consulting industries. For over twenty years, Rogers worked in increasingly responsible positions with NBD/BankOne, providing her with a complete understanding of business from the banker’s view. While at NBD/BankOne, Rogers was active in recruiting new lenders.

Rogers worked in the Credit and Collateral Compliance Department, Risk Assets Group, Overseas Operations Department, and as an Assistant Vice President in Commercial Lending and Special Projects. As President of Banker’s Advantage in the late 1990’s, Rogers advised corporate clients in matters concerning bank loan financing requirements, financing referrals and refinancing requests.

At CRI, Rogers manages the Asset Recovery Division which collects/liquidates corporate assets pledged as collateral to retire debt owing to financial institutions.
